Responsibilities:

 <li>Act as primary source for identifying new consultants for current roles/projects/opportunities.</li>
 <li>Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates via both telephone and personal interviews.</li>
 <li>Respond to open positions with the highest level of urgency.</li>
 <li>Proactively identify and provide sales leads.</li>
 <li>Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.</li>
 <li>Maintain an intense focus on customer service.</li>

Qualifications:

 <li>Maintain a high volume of calls (75-100 calls per day).</li>

 <li>Work to generate significant volumes of placements on a staff augmentation, temporary, temp-to-perm, direct hire and/or payroll basis.</li>

 <li>Use judgment to determine how to best increase market share by prospecting, pursuing, and closing new business.</li>
 <li>Supervise work of IT recruitment staff when necessary to ensure that sales activities are aligned with business goals.</li>

 <li>Generate client prospect list.</li>
