Job Description

AVID Technical Resources is seeking an IT PM with Lean Six Sigma/Business Process improvement expertise. This will be a 2-3 year project that focuses on our client's new ERP system in Davis.

Required Skills
  • Experience with leading cross-functional teams for continuous improvement projects
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
  • Change Management methodologies
  • Experience working with MS Office Suite (Visio, Project, Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Understanding of business functions (HR, Finance, Payroll, etc.)
  • Strong written and oral communication and able to collaborate with different units in the organization
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
