REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Min 3-5 years of progressively responsible professional experience in IT
  • 2-3 years an IT Project Manager
  • Healthcare Experience 
  • Exceptional skills at report writing and making technical presentations
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Healthcare Project Manager Exp 
  • 3-5 years as a Technical BSA 
  • EPIC Clarity Experience 
  • SQL Experience
  • Analysis Experience
CORE JOB DUTIES
  • Develops all associated Project documentation by collaborating with sponsors, management, technical team members and stakeholders.
  • Gather detailed business requirements. Should have a working knowledge of data mapping, systems integration techniques and overall understanding of database design/data modeling
  • Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope
  • Develop test cases/scenarios, create test plans/schedules and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
  • Facilitate meetings, provide project status updates and facilitate the flow of communications between various project teams
  • Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
  • Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations.
  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other Stakeholders
  • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
  • Effectively apply PM Lifecycle methodology and enforce project standards.
  • Resolves and/or escalates issues and conflicts in a timely fashion.
  • Use proven project management methodologies/techniques/tools to manage small and large projects; Waterfall, RAD, Agile, CMM, PMI, ISO
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.
  • Build, develop, and nurture business relationships vital to the success of the project
