Job Description

  • Support clients accessing our external facing LMS (Skillport) via email and phone to assist with requests including but not limited to user account setup, reports, assignments and technical issues.
  • Facilitate the upload of new online learning content to our LMS systems.
  • Assist with setup and administration of other learning technology including Adobe Connect webinar setup and training event registration system.
  • Provide support and customer service to clients and external partners registering/participating in instructor-led training events.
