Job Description

  • Minimum of 5 years of successful project and systems implementation experience in leadership positions applying project management principles (initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, finalizing)
  • Potential 3 years or more of hands on functional and technical experience developing and administering Oracle Financials
  • Demonstrated expertise managing workshops, facilitating groups and leading stakeholders through planning exercises
  • Developing and managing go-live readiness assessments, stage-gate reviews and go/no-go decision processes
  • Experience managing complex enterprise scale change in at least one but ideally two of the following three areas –
    • data conversions
    • code promotion and software releases
    • change leadership of physical site, equipment, and/or system transitions from legacy to new capabilities
  • Strong working knowledge of accounting processes, workflows and terminology within an Oracle Financials environment
  • Self-motivated and proactive with excellent problem solving, critical thinking and team / collaboration skills that enable you to be successful both working independently with minimal supervision while ensuring your team maintains visibility and connection to the big picture
  • Capable of connecting with audiences at every level and experience domain via strong storytelling, presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills to decisively make decisions, build influence and gain buy-in from executives, stakeholders, peers, and team members
  • End-to-end lifecycle development and implementation experience including requirements gathering, configuration, design, build, test, and go-live phases
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems or equivalent professional working experience
