Job Description

Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in product management, software development, technology and/or consulting. Knowledge of commercial property insurance a plus.
  • A servant leader with exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills who has the ability to influence others and build consensus.
  • Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily with incomplete information for all products across a product journey or domain.
  • History of leading product teams to deliver valuable, quality, and timeline based product features/capabilities in alignment with enterprise priorities and with business and technology operational excellence.
  • Ability to execute on established, and or establish and define, visions and roadmaps for and manage a portfolio and backlog of technology based products and services with a potential for heavy concentration on any of the following:
  • Custom platform, services, software architectures, and vendor technology products associated with enterprise Content, Data, Search, Automation, Natural Language, AI/ML technologies
  • Data integration operations: storage, retrieval, and integration of structured and unstructured data; event driven architecture, API based, and other methods
  • Platform health services operations (such as architecture-based analytics, performance, and health monitoring)
Background or experience with: agile (scrum) based technology product management; enterprise content and data management technologies/platforms; .NET and REST API based software development; Azure Cloud desired. Experience with Azure, Kafka or other event streaming platforms; Artificial Intelligence; Machine Learning; and Natural Language technologies and platforms a plus.
