Job Description

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Service Desk Analyst to support our client's health care environment

Required Skills
  • Position may be required to provide 24/7 support as needed based on business needs
  • Bachelor's Degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
  • Experience supporting large scale environment / organization
  • Ability to conduct technical support including hardware / software tests, analyze test results, and create reports
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Additional experience in healthcare environment is a bonus!
