Job Description

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Patient Services Rep for one of our health care clients to serve as the first point of contact for entering patients.

Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual with Spanish
  • Experience in patient services support (greet, check-in, information verification, payment collection, scheduling appts, paperwork, etc.)
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Fast-paced healthcare environment, has medical office and hospital experience
