Job Description

Looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineers with Enterprise-level support experience

Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as a desktop support engineer
  • Fantastic customer support / delivery skills
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve various desktop issues
  • Demonstrated experience supporting and troubleshooting Mac issues as well as Windows 
  • Use of ticketing system like ServiceNow
