AVID Technical Resources is partnering with our client to find a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer II for a permanent opportunity in Des Moines, IA. 


The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer II is a key member of an agile team that is responsible for the Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to help the organization execute on sales, service, and marketing strategies. Remote 3 days per week.

 

PRMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

CRM

Collaborate with product owners and team members to design and develop solutions

Serve as a subject matter expert of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Design and develop Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions utilizing entities, work flows, BPFs, JavaScript, etc.

Work with other team members to accurately estimate work efforts and timelines

Document and assist in solution releases

Provide tier 2 support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Build rapport and trust with stakeholders, product owners and users

Establish and adhere to ALM standards, policies and procedures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions

Apply Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM patches, updates and service packs to multiple environments (e.g. development, UAT and production)

Evaluate, recommend, and implement 3rd party software/services

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or related field

3+ years of experience

3+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM customization (e.g. solutions, forms, entities, workflows, views, BPFs, plugins, reports, web resources, ribbons, JavaScript, jQuery, API, REST, OData, SOAP endpoints, SDK)

3+ years of experience Microsoft Dynamics CRM system administration (e.g. queues, business units, teams, users, security roles, duplicate detection rules and jobs, auditing)

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM installation, upgrade and maintenance

Microsoft Visual Studio

Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and/or Azure DevOps

Microsoft SQL Server

Agile methodologies

 

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

Ability to understand when to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM native features and when to use custom development

Experience in banking/financial services industry

Strong customer service skills

Excellent written and oral communication skills
