AVID Technical Resources is seeking a full-time (permanent) Technical Support Analyst to provide L1-L3 break-fix/desktop support for various teams and business units within an enterprise environment.
- PC/Mac/Mobile Experience
- Able to work with end users in more than one location and problem solve
- Can think on your feet and pivot at a moment's notice
- Experience working in a corporate or entertainment setting
- Bilingual with Spanish would be a bonus!
