Description of Responsibilities:
The Agile Program Coordinator will focus on providing guidance to our agile teams. The coordinator will contribute and support release planning, facilitating Scrum of Scrums, Value Stream, Immersion Sessions, Program Sync Ups, Roadmap Updates, and shepherding the Communities of Practice.

The role requires supporting multiple agile teams in a fast-paced environment. This necessitates a high degree of operational effectiveness and continuous monitoring to maintain consistency of output and alignment of iteration and release goals to achieve the overall product vision.

In this role the individual is expected to provide quick resolution on impediments affecting Iteration progress to provide more predictability in future sprints. They must understand trends and produce meaningful insights and statistics.

The Agile Program Coordinator should have experience with all facets of software development, operational support and project management using agile processes. They must have experience in providing advanced project management and support for ongoing programs and for projects across numerous functional and technical units with the organization. For each program/project, the Agile Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the program is on track for successful releases.
  1. Facilitate the Value Stream Alignment meeting with key stakeholders
  2. Review Agile metrics regularly with Program Portfolio stakeholders.
  3. Serve as an escalation path for Agile Teams.
  4. Help champion the Agile transformation in the program.
  5. Help drive the Communities of Practice in the program and encourage others to participate.
  6. Work with Product Management to update the Agile Road Map as necessary.
  7. Track program dependencies to resolution.
  8. Track program risks to resolution.
  9. Create regular program reports for Leadership.
  10. Support Leadership to track Agile budgets, Team allocations, releases.
  11. Conduct Program Portfolio Agile Maturity Assessments.
  12. Facilitate the preparation leading up to Immersion Sessions
  13. Drive integrated delivery efforts working closely with Release Engineers
  14. Collaborate with Change Communication help prepare pulse checks and internal communication messages
