Job Description

This role will work with a small remote team, answering inbound calls with questions related to entering the University. The person in this role will:
  • Will answer inbound calls and assist with student inquiries
  • Will help answer curricular questions for first term students
  • Will log notes from calls/interactions to document conversations
  • Will help answer email inquiries from incoming students
 
Skills needed: 
  • Customer Service Background
  • Resourcefulness: able to search websites/guides for information
  • Comfortability with being on the phone all day/answering calls
  • Experience with education/students preferred
