Job Description

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a motivated, diligent and organized Employment Coordinator to support our client's Employment department. Responsibilities include processing new hires, wage adjustments, employee file management, onboarding, new hire paperwork, and data entry.

Basic Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of Administrative Assistant experience in a larger office setting (Ideally 50+ employees)
  • Strong organization skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills
  • HR support experience would be a bonus!
  • Knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and employment processing
  • Bachelors degree preferred
