Job Description

Looking for a Tier1 Helpdesk Technician with strong customer service and communication skills on a contract basis

Basic Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of experience as an IT Helpdesk Analyst/Technician
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high-volume, enterprise environment
  • Experienced with resolving various basic IT issues relating to both PC and Mac. 
  • Experienced with Active Directory issues
  • Demonstrated experience with a ticketing system, ServiceNow preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
