  • ●  At least 2 years experience managing a higher-ed advancement Salesforce CRM

    implementations as the primary project manager (or equivalent experience: Replacing a

business CRM with a Salesforce solution and migrating 400K constituent records and related relationship information and transaction information from one CRM to another and buildingo out the Salesforce solution to meet business needs)

  • ●  Experience in managing Salesforce solution projects that include secure application configuration development (including projects that include Apex development; and Mulesoft integrations is a plus).

  • ●  Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.

  • ●  Experience using project and software development tracking tools (Atlassian JIRA and

    Asana experience is a plus)

  • ●  Not Required but a plus:

○ Salesforce Administrator Certification or equivalent experperience
