Job Description

We are searching for an eager, detail-oriented candidate to assist with the support of many modern digital solutions within the university. The Digital Knowledge Analyst will be tasked with writing, maintaining, and editing technical articles for the services offered by ITS. They may also assist in the creation, revision, and adjustment of metrics used to evaluate article usage and effectiveness. Knowledge Analysts should be capable of understanding technical concepts and communicating effectively using the written word. Candidates will be joining a dynamic tight knit team whose mission is to transform the relationship between technology and the Client Community at large.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for customer satisfaction
  • Quick learner, self-motivated and highly detail oriented
  • Desire to improve customer interaction with technical articles
  • Ability to set and achieve goals for themselves
  • Ability to work with other teams and service owners for knowledge validation
  • Experience with Knowledge Management on the ServiceNow platform
  • Experience with HTML and CSS
