Role Overview

This position requires a strategic yet hands-on leader with strong governance, financial oversight, and stakeholder management experience. The ideal candidate thrives in dynamic, matrixed environments and has a proven ability to influence outcomes, manage ambiguity, and lead teams through change.
This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence in Boston three days per week.

Qualifications
Education

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications preferred.
Experience
  • 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience managing large, complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proven delivery of enterprise-level technology projects (e.g., CRM, ERP, Salesforce, infrastructure, data integration, cloud platforms).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working directly with business units, technical teams, and executive stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success leading teams in matrixed organizations and navigating organizational change.
  • Strong experience monitoring budgets, managing financial oversight, and using data-driven insights for decision-making.
Knowledge & Skills
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project management methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Salesforce experience strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Deep understanding of business processes and IT alignment to deliver measurable value.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
  • Solid understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends.
