Job Description

Description of responsibilities:
  • Technology Customer Support – provide necessary customer service to ensure user community gets the maximum value from available technical resources
  • Provisioning and deployment services – provide hardware life cycle and technology implementation services
  • 1st and 2nd level endpoint support
  • Hybrid meeting support
Must have skills:
  • High level of knowledge in supporting a Windows based client computing environment
  • Ability to install and configure tablet, laptop, desktop, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Robust hardware troubleshooting skills and significant user support experience in enterprise-wide organizations using automated deployment tools
  • Experience supporting Microsoft suite of applications including Office 365, Teams and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of collaboration & audio video technology. Ability to provide support of meeting room technologies and hybrid meetings.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
