Job Description

  • Expertise in all MS365 products and tools
  • Provide support via Service Now Incidents and Requests for the MS365 services mentioned above
  • Participate in project tasks involving roll out of new MS365 features and configurations
  • Provide guidance and best practices to ITS and our customers
  • Develop and document reliable and repeatable automations, processes, and tasks
  • Comfortable balancing IT best practices, multiple projects, and business needs

  • Minimum 5+ years of systems/application administration in a Microsoft environment.
  • Expert level knowledge of O365 and other MS cloud solutions including Teams VOIP solution and configuration
  • Experience deploying MS stack solutions into an organization.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively with business partners and IT/tech staff and vendors.
  • Understanding of ITIL IT governance framework, information security policies, standards, and industry best practices.
  • Experience in a higher ed / high compliance/security work environment (eg: FERPA) desired
  • Business practice documentation and workflow desired
  • Experience with 3rd party mail-flow solutions
