AI Prompt Engineer

This role focuses on crafting prompts that drive accurate, user-aligned outputs for service automation, administrative support, and digital assistance tools. The ideal candidate brings strong NLP skills, attention to linguistic nuance, and a keen understanding of LLM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine prompts for LLM applications in areas such as support automation and administrative workflows
• Test and evaluate prompt performance across edge cases, user types, and evolving model behavior
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to adapt AI responses to domain-specific needs
• Analyze output quality, model behavior, and feedback to improve consistency and accuracy
• Document prompt strategies and maintain reusable frameworks and templates
• Ensure ethical, user-aligned, and policy-compliant AI interactions
• Respond to high-priority prompt failures or issues affecting live systems (as needed)

• 2+ years of experience with LLMs and prompt engineering for enterprise applications
• Deep understanding of NLP concepts, conversational AI, and semantic context
• Experience designing structured, context-aware prompts to guide LLM outputs
• Strong testing and quality assurance mindset, with the ability to identify and resolve prompt failures
• Ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams, gathering requirements and refining outputs
• Excellent documentation, writing, and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Linguistics, Computational Linguistics, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

• Experience working with AI tools in complex organizations or higher education environments
• Familiarity with LLM safety practices, prompt auditing, and content governance
• Understanding of ethical AI, bias mitigation, and responsible use guidelines
