Job Description

This role requires strong case management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide clear, empathetic communication to employees and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high-volume caseload of employee leave requests from start to finish.
  • Ensure all leaves are administered in compliance with federal, state, and internal policies.
  • Communicate leave-related information clearly to employees and managers, including pay and benefits details.
  • Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Legal, and Benefits teams to ensure a seamless leave experience.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation within internal systems.
  • Support employees through their return-to-work process.
  • Contribute to process improvements and stay current with changes in leave laws and best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of relevant HR or leave administration experience; direct case management preferred.
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and state-specific leave regulations.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is a plus.
