Senior Project Manager

Overview
A technical services organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee enterprise-level IT projects, including migrations and app development initiatives. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader comfortable with cross-functional environments and client-facing communication.
Key Qualifications

• 8–10 years managing large-scale IT initiatives
• Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall/hybrid methodologies
• Adept at handling complex projects with multiple workstreams
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Demonstrated ability to lead without direct authority
• Servicenow, Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft 365 experience
• Higher education background is a plus (not required)

• Plan, manage, and execute high-impact IT projects
• Ensure delivery on scope, timeline, and budget
• Proactively assess and manage risks

• Act as liaison across business, technical, and executive teams
• Communicate clearly across varying levels of technical fluency
• Deliver regular project updates to leadership

• Coordinate internal and vendor teams
• Define roles, assign responsibilities, and ensure accountability
• Promote a results-driven and collaborative environment

• Track progress, milestones, and spend
• Publish reports and adjust plans as needed
• Conduct post-project evaluations and ensure documentation

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, IS, Business, or related
• PMP, Agile, or similar certs preferred
