Sr. Financial Systems Analyst

This position plays a key role in the design, enhancement, and ongoing support of enterprise financial applications, with a strong emphasis on system customization, data architecture, integrations, and stakeholder collaboration. The ideal candidate is technically strong, analytically driven, and comfortable working in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do

• Own the design, development, and implementation of advanced customizations within an enterprise financial management platform, including forms, workflows, business rules, and inquiries
• Develop and maintain document automation and reporting tools to support finance and operational teams
• Design and support scalable data warehouse solutions, including optimized data models and ETL processes for financial reporting and analytics
• Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and data interfaces to support integrations and business intelligence initiatives
• Support the evaluation, implementation, and integration of third-party financial and operational systems
• Provide advanced application support, troubleshooting complex issues and driving resolution through to completion
• Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate operational needs into functional and technical system requirements
• Lead and coordinate user acceptance testing efforts to ensure solutions meet business and technical expectations
• Create and maintain technical documentation, data mapping, and support materials related to financial systems
• Mentor and guide junior analysts and developers, sharing best practices and technical expertise

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on experience working with enterprise financial management systems
• Deep expertise in system customization, database structures, and configuration within financial platforms
• Strong development experience using tools such as SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Visual Studio, C#, .NET, ASP.NET, and PowerShell
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, ETL pipelines, and financial reporting solutions
• Familiarity with document automation tools and API-based integrations
• Experience supporting complex financial system ecosystems across large organizations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proven ability to manage priorities in a collaborative, service-oriented environment
