Job Description

The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-oriented Salesforce professional who can balance day-to-day operational leadership with delivery of high-impact projects. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide interim leadership for Salesforce administration teams and daily system operations
  • Oversee and support Salesforce platforms including CRM and cloud-based solutions
  • Lead daily prioritization, case management, and escalation handling
  • Act as liaison between business teams and technical resources to translate requirements
  • Manage and support large-scale projects with near-term go-live deadlines
  • Ensure data quality, system stability, and adherence to best practices
Qualifications
  • 5–7+ years of Salesforce administration experience
  • Prior experience leading or coaching technical teams
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
  • Proven project management and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions in a temporary leadership role
  • Experience supporting CRM systems in complex or fast-paced environments preferred
