Requirements

 

• Recent, hands-on prior authorization experience in a specialty clinic setting (orthopedics, oncology, imaging, ENT, or other surgical specialties).
• Experience should include high-volume authorization processing, insurance follow-up, and coordination with providers and payers.
• Epic experience is required, and familiarity with APeX is a plus.
• Candidates should also have front and back office clinic experience, thrive in fast-paced environments, and demonstrate strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
