Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Workday Operations Manager for a contract engagement to lead the day-to-day operations of an enterprise Workday support function. This role is focused on operational execution, team leadership, and service delivery while partnering closely with platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
This position plays a critical role in ensuring platform stability, consistent support processes, and effective workload management as the Workday ecosystem continues to expand in scope and complexity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience managing technical or operational teams in an enterprise environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday HCM, Finance, and Payroll
- Proven ability to manage service operations, ticket workflows, and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ITIL-based processes and change management
- Workday certifications (HCM, Financials, or additional modules)
- Experience supporting SaaS platforms in complex organizations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery models and enterprise ERP environments
- Exposure to analytics, reporting, or operational dashboards
