Scrum Master

The Scrum Master will coach teams on Agile principles while ensuring consistent delivery across sprint cycles. This individual will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, track delivery metrics, and help maintain alignment between product owners, developers, and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong facilitation skills, a servant-leadership mindset, and the ability to keep teams focused on delivery goals in a collaborative environment.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile facilitator
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification
• Strong understanding of Scrum framework, Agile principles, and SDLC practices
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and team leadership skills
• Proven ability to remove blockers and maintain delivery momentum

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools
• Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS
• Exposure to ERP or enterprise system implementations
• Experience working with distributed or cross-functional teams
