Requirements

• Must have high volume payroll experience-more than 2000+
• Minimum 5+ years of true full cycle processing, lots of manual work
• Future state-build stronger processes and reports
• Currently stagnant in processes, change management is a challenge
• Opportunity to move towards a change, to reduce manual
• Policy regulation around state laws is good to have
• Understands pensions and 401k
• Analytical skill set
• Detail oriented/organization skills
• Payroll accounting, GL experience
• Strong Excel-advances, macros, v-look up
• Strong background in reconciliation-currently lacking
• Ability to be agile/pivot easily
• Systems-Redwood or similar legacy system
• Hands on experience with Jira tool.
