Manager of Facilities Maintenance, San Francisco

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum of 5–8 years of progressively responsible experience in facilities maintenance or operations in a complex environment.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of supervisory/management experience overseeing skilled trades or maintenance staff.
• Demonstrated experience working in a unionized environment and administering collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience managing 24/7 operations and emergency response functions.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, utilities infrastructure, and maintenance practices.
• Experience with CMMS systems and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
