This is a highly hands-on role requiring strong independent judgment, technical troubleshooting skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced campus environment.

- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VLANs, wireless, and firewall connectivity.
- Experience working with an ITSM platform such as ServiceNow.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical users.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City five days per week.
- Ability to travel between nearby campus or departmental locations as required.

- Jamf certification such as JCA or JCE.
- Microsoft Endpoint Administrator certification such as MD-102.
- Apple-related technical certification such as ACSP.
- Experience supporting professional creative, audio, video, design, or production applications.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud administration and application packaging.
- Experience supporting professional audio/video equipment and related peripherals.
- Familiarity with audio interfaces, MIDI devices, video capture, network-based media technology, or live production environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Experience with Conditional Access policies.
