Vice President of Sales (Remote)

AVID Technical Resources is seeking a Vice President of Sales (Remote) for our client based Los Angeles, CA.

Requirements:

• Sales Operations Architecture (5+ Years): Demonstrated track record designing, building, and deploying scalable sales infrastructure from scratch, including quota systems, coaching frameworks, and performance standards.
• Executive Leadership & Scaling: Proven experience managing through a layer of frontline sales managers across multi-territory commercial organizations.
• Rigorous Data-Driven Operator: Deep hands-on expertise with CRMs and analytics platforms; uses quantitative modeling for territory planning, quota design, and capacity allocation.
• Strategic & Adaptable Approach: Low-ego leader who learns business nuances before implementing tailored operational frameworks rather than forcing legacy templates.
• Industry Experience (Preferred): Prior success in distribution-heavy or highly regulated commercial environments (e.g., CPG, spirits, regulated goods, or complex wholesale/retail).
• Compliance & Logistics: Must meet standard legal requirements for regulated industry employment (21+) and be open to business travel as needed.
