Endpoint Engineer

AVID Technical Resources is seeking an Endpoint Engineer to support our client.

Location: 99% Remote, 1% onsite in Los Angeles, CA

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in enterprise endpoint / desktop systems engineering, supporting Windows, macOS, and mobile devices in large environments.

• Advanced hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM, Intune, Autopilot, JAMF, desktop imaging, patching, and endpoint lifecycle management.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP), and VPN/RDP access.

• Proven experience with virtual desktop platforms (Citrix, VMware, Azure Virtual Desktop, Windows 365) and endpoint security tools (AV, encryption, MFA).

• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills, with experience working in ITIL-based environments using ServiceNow.
