Job Description
The ideal candidate is a strategic, execution-oriented Salesforce professional who can balance day-to-day operational leadership with delivery of high-impact projects. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide interim leadership for Salesforce administration teams and daily system operations
- Oversee and support Salesforce platforms including CRM and cloud-based solutions
- Lead daily prioritization, case management, and escalation handling
- Act as liaison between business teams and technical resources to translate requirements
- Manage and support large-scale projects with near-term go-live deadlines
- Ensure data quality, system stability, and adherence to best practices
- 5–7+ years of Salesforce administration experience
- Prior experience leading or coaching technical teams
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, automation, and reporting
- Proven project management and strategic problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in a temporary leadership role
- Experience supporting CRM systems in complex or fast-paced environments preferred
