Senior IT Business Analyst

This role is both strategic and hands-on, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to analyze processes, define requirements, and deliver scalable technology solutions across complex system landscapes.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in business analysis, system integrations, and infrastructure-aware solution design, with the ability to translate business needs into clear technical direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and technical requirements
• Assess current-state systems and processes to identify improvement opportunities
• Translate business needs into specifications, user stories, and solution documentation
• Lead and support system integration initiatives involving APIs, data exchanges, and third-party platforms
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards
• Facilitate cross-functional solution design sessions
• Support QA and UAT efforts to validate end-to-end functionality
• Monitor post-implementation performance and support continuous improvement
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to analysis standards and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst supporting enterprise systems
• Strong experience with business process modeling and requirements elicitation
• Solid understanding of system integrations, middleware, and APIs
• Working knowledge of IT infrastructure and cloud-based environments
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Lucidchart, and MS Office
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
