Senior ITS Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a long-term contract engagement to support the delivery of large-scale, enterprise technology initiatives. This role is responsible for leading complex IT projects from planning through execution, while managing stakeholders, budgets, timelines, and cross-functional delivery teams.

The ideal candidate is a strategic yet hands-on project leader with deep experience delivering enterprise systems in dynamic environments and the ability to influence outcomes across technical and business teams.

This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence three days per week in the Boston area.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale initiatives such as CRM, ERP, infrastructure, cloud, or data platforms
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2, or similar)
• Experience with multiple project delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Strong background in financial oversight, reporting, and resource planning
