Senior ITS Project Manager

The Senior IT Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering multiple concurrent technology projects that support organizational priorities. The role demands strong leadership, the ability to manage challenging stakeholders, and a hands-on approach to driving outcomes in complex environments.

You will work closely with technical teams, business partners, and executive stakeholders to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining a strong focus on business value and risk management.

Qualifications
Required

• 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience
• Proven success delivering enterprise-level technology initiatives (e.g., CRM, ERP, infrastructure, data, or cloud platforms)
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience with complex and high-visibility initiatives
• Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira, or ServiceNow
• Strong analytical, communication, and decision-making skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field
• Project management certification (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
• Experience managing financial oversight and large project budgets
