We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level operational and project support to senior leadership within a dynamic academic or professional services environment. This role supports executive-level stakeholders, manages daily office operations, and ensures seamless coordination of meetings, communications, and strategic initiatives.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion. This position plays a critical role in supporting leadership effectiveness and ensuring efficient office operations.

Position Overview
The Administrative Coordinator supports members of the senior leadership team and oversees the daily administrative operations of a central executive office. Responsibilities include complex calendar management, project tracking, meeting coordination, document preparation, and oversight of confidential materials.
This role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating across departments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3–5 years of experience in administrative support, executive support, or professional office operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills and professional judgment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and database platforms preferred
