Quality Control Automation Engineer / Senior QC Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Quality Control Automation Engineer (mid-level or senior) to join a growing Quality Control team. This role will focus on building and executing automated test scripts, supporting regression testing, and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze requirements and identify test scenarios and test cases

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Java, and C#

• Execute regression testing and track results for product updates

• Document test cases, procedures, and results to ensure consistency and traceability

• Identify and document defects, including steps to reproduce, and partner with developers to drive resolution

• Support integration of automated testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Git and Jenkins

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to support quality across the SDLC

• Contribute to expanding and improving the automation framework

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance (SQA) and testing

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks

• Strong understanding of testing methodologies (functional, regression, integration, performance)

• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

• Working knowledge of SQL and database concepts

• Familiarity with security testing principles is a plus

• Experience with Selenium, Java, and C# strongly preferred

• Insurance industry and/or policy administration system experience is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
