Job Description

The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional technology initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities. This individual will lead planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and financial oversight to ensure projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining focus on measurable business value.

The role requires strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguous environments, navigates organizational change effectively, and demonstrates strong influence without direct authority.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 8–10 years of progressive IT project management experience
  • Demonstrated experience leading large, enterprise-level technology initiatives (e.g., CRM, ERP, data integration, infrastructure, cloud systems)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with business stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills within matrixed environments
  • Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid project management methodologies
  • Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms
  • Strong financial management and budgeting experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications
  • Experience delivering enterprise data or compliance-focused initiatives
  • Demonstrated success navigating organizational change and ambiguity
  • Strong data-driven decision-making approach
