Job Description
Position Overview
The Human Resources Assistant provides administrative and operational support across core HR functions, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and compliance. This individual will serve as a key point of contact for HR-related inquiries and assist in maintaining accurate records and processes.
This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically in real time
- Strong customer service mindset with a collaborative approach
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Prior experience in a Human Resources or Talent Acquisition environment
- Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday or similar platforms
- Experience supporting employment eligibility or onboarding processes
- Exposure to compliance-related HR functions
