Job Description
Overview
We are seeking a motivated SRAM Circuit Design Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on developing advanced semiconductor technologies. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain hands-on experience designing, verifying, and characterizing high-performance memory used in cutting-edge applications across enterprise, cloud, and AI infrastructure.
You’ll collaborate with experienced engineers and contribute to real-world products deployed at scale, while strengthening both your digital and analog design fundamentals.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, verification, and characterization of high-performance SRAM
- Design custom memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits with a focus on performance, power, and area optimization
- Run circuit simulations to validate functionality, timing, and robustness across process, voltage, and temperature (PVT) conditions
- Develop schematics and layouts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso)
- Perform SRAM characterization and support view development
- Identify and implement improvements to design methodologies, flows, and automation scripts
- Analyze results and clearly document and present findings
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in digital or circuit design (internships included)
- Familiarity with SRAM architectures (e.g., 6T, 8T, multi-port, pseudo dual-port)
- Understanding of statistical analysis concepts
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to industry-standard EDA tools (e.g., Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre, parasitic extraction tools)
- Knowledge of physical design concepts and workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
