Job Description
We’re hiring a Program & Change Management Lead to drive complex transformation initiatives across operations and claims-related functions. This high-impact role involves strategic planning, project execution, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption. You’ll work across teams to implement business and technology solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead cross-functional programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

Manage project plans, budgets, and performance metrics

Build and coach high-performing project teams

Develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption and readiness

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders
Qualifications:

7–10 years of program/project management experience
-
3–5 years in change management execution

Experience with Workfront or other project management tools

Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Experience in insurance or claims environments a plus

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or change certification preferred
