Job Description

We’re hiring a Program & Change Management Lead to drive complex transformation initiatives across operations and claims-related functions. This high-impact role involves strategic planning, project execution, stakeholder alignment, and change adoption. You’ll work across teams to implement business and technology solutions, ensuring delivery excellence and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead cross-functional programs using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies

  • Manage project plans, budgets, and performance metrics

  • Build and coach high-performing project teams

  • Develop and execute change strategies that drive adoption and readiness

  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 7–10 years of program/project management experience

  • 3–5 years in change management execution

  • Experience with Workfront or other project management tools

  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in insurance or claims environments a plus

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or change certification preferred
