Director, HR Platform Technology

We are looking for a Director, HR Platform Technology for our client based in Southern California with over a decade of experience guiding HR technology strategy and execution in large-scale, enterprise-level environments. The ideal candidate brings a solid background in managing enterprise HR systems and driving digital transformation across the HR function.

Salary Range: $160,000- $199,000 per year

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in senior-level HR tech roles within complex, multi-layered organizations.
• Demonstrated success overseeing enterprise HR tech portfolios, product strategy, and end-to-end technology delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of modern HCM systems (especially Workday) and other enterprise HR tools.
• Expertise in organizing and governing HR data, including analytics and reporting frameworks.
• Hands-on experience redesigning HR processes and implementing automation across the employee lifecycle.
• Proven track record leading large-scale projects in HR IT, from planning through execution.
• Deep understanding of core HR functions such as workforce planning, talent strategy, and organizational development.
