Administrative Support Assistant, Palo Alto, CA

Requirements
 

• Proven experience transferring coremarks information from FileMaker Pro to Tririga core module.
• Hands on experience with conference, front desk in distributing keys.
• Organize and oversee re-key effort where large amounts of rooms are re-keyed in transitioning to summer conference occupancy or to other cores due to construction projects.
• Provide staff support for Manager, and staff for their needs in performing their work, and in ordering office supplies.
• Assist with coordinating day-to-day operations of the Building Security shop.
• Support  security technicians to troubleshoot and resolve keying and hardware issues.

Pay rate: DOE $40.00 hour
