Requirements
- 7+ years in progressive leadership roles in facilities operations within a campus or similar environment.
- Advanced knowledge of CMMS and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Managing union-represented staff.
- Budget planning, forecasting, and financial oversight.
- Complex economic analysis and business decision modeling.
- Contract development and RFP management.
- Safety program development aligned with CAL-OSHA standards.
- Administrative and supervisory best practices.
- Written and oral communication across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Coordinating large-scale operations supporting a diverse community
- Experience in property or university housing management.
- Familiarity with higher education policies.
- Knowledge of California tenant law and Title 5.
- Experience applying APPA and ISSA custodial standards in institutional settings.
