IT Training Manager

We’re partnering with a global professional services organization to hire an experienced IT Training Manager to lead a high-impact training team and drive user adoption across core technologies. This is a strategic leadership role, not a hands-on trainer position.
You’ll manage a distributed team, shape the training roadmap, implement service delivery standards (SLAs/SLPs), and support digital transformation initiatives including automation and AI adoption.

Key Qualifications:

• 5+ years in IT training or learning & development roles
• 3+ years managing training teams
• Experience in professional services or corporate environments (legal is a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, document management systems, and LMS platforms
• Comfortable with analytics in Excel and presenting training impact to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity or interest in AI, automation, and modern workplace tech
