Job Description

Overview
The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with expertise in HTML/CSS, accessibility standards, responsive design, and user-centered design methodologies. Experience working within CRM platforms is highly preferred, though candidates with comparable portal or application design experience are encouraged to apply.
Important: A portfolio containing visual examples of completed UI/UX work is required for consideration.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
  • Advanced HTML5 and CSS skills.
  • Experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
  • Experience creating responsive, mobile-friendly designs.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage project deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience designing within CRM platforms or customer-facing portals.
  • Experience creating HTML email templates.
  • Familiarity with higher education, admissions, or enrollment-related workflows.
  • Experience working with content management systems and digital experience platforms.
