Overview
Our client is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the administration and transition of an enterprise Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform. This role will work closely with IT, Procurement, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure successful system operations, workflow management, access administration, and process improvements.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and documentation skills, experience supporting enterprise applications, and the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams. Workday experience is highly preferred, though candidates with strong ERP or procurement systems backgrounds will also be considered.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst or related role.
- Experience supporting enterprise applications or business systems.
- Strong business process analysis and workflow documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working across both technical and business teams.
- Workday experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with procurement, purchasing, or procure-to-pay platforms.
- Background supporting Finance, Procurement, or Operations teams.
- Experience with system implementations, transitions, or process improvement initiatives.
- Familiarity with user access management and governance processes.
