Overview
Our client is seeking a Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Administrator to support the ongoing optimization, administration, and enhancement of their CRM and marketing technology environment. This role will partner with business stakeholders to improve marketing operations, streamline workflows, maintain data quality, and deliver scalable CRM solutions.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, email automation, reporting, and CRM administration. This person will work closely with internal teams to translate business needs into technical solutions, improve user adoption, and support marketing initiatives through automation and data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience with Salesforce administration, CRM operations, or marketing technology platforms.
  • Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred.
  • Experience supporting email marketing campaigns and automation workflows.
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management and reporting.
  • Ability to gather requirements and work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
  • Marketing Cloud Administrator Certification.
Experience with:
  • Journey Builder
  • Automation Studio
  • Email Studio
  • SQL / SOQL
  • HTML / AMPscript
  • Marketing analytics and reporting
  • Experience in large, complex organizations preferred.
